Who are we?

Michiana PC Users Group is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to help each other and the community, by sharing information and experiences relating to software, hardware, systems & platforms (Windows9x, ME, & XP) in the personal and business computing realm. The user group does NOT endorse, rate, or otherwise officially comment on products, and readers are cautioned to rely on the opinions presented exclusively at their own risk.

When do we meet?

MIPCUG meets the fourth Thursday of the month, except for November and December. We combine both those meetings and meet the first Thursday in December. MIPCUG Meetings are held at the [Elkhart Public Library->http://www.mipcug.org/index.php/maps_directions/], 300 S 2nd St, Elkhart, IN  Doors open at 6:30 PM., the meeting starts at 7:00 PM.

Financial Infomation

All money received by MIPCUG from advertising, sponsorships, dues, and donations are used to support the organization and its goals. To become a member of MIPCUG and receive access to the MIPCUG newsletter, fill out the membership form found on this website, and mail it to the address shown below.  Annual membership dues are $20 per member. A family membership can be purchased for $30. Please make your checks payable to: Michiana PC Users Group or MIPCUG.  Fill out the [Membership Application->http://www.mipcug.org/index.php/membership_app/] and mail it in, or bring it with you to the next meeting.

Membership Benefits

Paid memberships to MIPCUG will afford benefits not available to visitors. Such as:

• Free calls to member technicians to discuss computer problems
• Free access to members email list for asking & discussing questions with general membership and subscribed techs.
• Periodic APCUG discounts, e.g. 20% discount off of Microsoft books.
• Access to Member Only sections of the Web Site, which will include "how-to articles", the newsletter, and more.
• Possible special events such as group sponsored trips.
• Ability to add links to the website and add comments to articles and infomation.
